You missed my point, dotcom. It's not the spelling. It's the fact that folks don't take the time to consciously writing what they are thinking. In my last post, I was commenting on a very long post from an individual who was probably well educated, but went off on some incoherent tangent. The very florid language was nonsensical and did not make a point.
So nothing to do with spelling, everything to do about making sense.

Sorry Kaybee I stand corrected. IMHO These people think they are funny or like to mess with people and waste their time or need their meds. I guess we are going to find all kinds on an open site like TBD.

I enjoy the discussions and its been good for me to read some of the comments. At least I dont feel alone now I can be grumpy...alot of others are. Just kidding around with you but this is a nice site. byeeee

I previously wrote a post here that has disappeared on my laptop at least, coming to the defense of people who are challenged let's say.
But I was WRONG and you all were right. I am a good typist, but my fingers sometimes are not as cooperative as I would like them to be so I use spell check or on my computer, misspelled words get red lined which helps me to look a bit more articulate. ;-D It is extremely annoying - YA'LL WERE RIGHT! - to try and read some of the spelling and grammar errors. I think it's laziness or people maybe who don't care or are looking for negative attention. Now I need to go back and fix all my errors!! LOL <winks>

I have since thought often about this thread and the things you'd said.
Now, having reread the thread and knowing now what I was unsure of then, I would like to apologize to you and to tell you thank you for your contributions. You are most wise and sometimes I am too accepting. <professional hazard!>

The occasional misspelled word or grammatically incorrect sentence do not disguise intelligence.
Neither do verbose, florid pages of text that don't say mucha nuthin disguise stupidity.
Jus' sayin.

M-bird. yep, after being on TBD for a while, you can tell the difference between challenged and lazy. There's a lotta lazy out there.
