Granted, Ms. Blume is only about 30, so I don't think she really understands beautification needs as they increase with the years. But these are good tips at any age.

Great stuff Robin & so true. This is how I grew up it was like a common sense bible for young ladies along w/Emily Post. Remember history repeats itself.
