Well, I didn't eat my brother and sister-in-law out of house and home over my Thanksgiving visit, but when I left on Friday they were looking at stale Ritz crackers with Gulden's mustard for dinner.

Well, I didn't eat a massive plate of stuffing--my favorite. And only two bites of pumpkin pie--which I savored and then was satisfied. It is very easy to do lots of mindless eating this time of year! And everyone makes their best dishes and, of course, I never want to be rude!! So this year I am going to just eat small bits and maybe that will help. Also sometimes it is the great company at dinners that I favor even more than the delicious food!!
