Was high school so bad that it left such deep emotional scars? If we've matured and grown, can we overlook the things that immature adolescents did back 20, 30, and 40 years ago?
At my recent 30th reunion, a girl, who I have not spoken to in at least 34 years, showed up for her first reunion after high school. We had a good conversation...talking about her being so shy back then...and now she is funny and full of smiles...I told her how attractive she was back then...She was surprised that the guys thought so...I think she'll make it to the next reunion...
