I hate boxing, won't even watch it, but my 11 y.o. grandson roped me into trying it and of all the Wii sports and Wii Fit exercises, boxing is THE most aerobic and sweat-producing. But you gotta dance around, like in real life. Grandson just stood still and flailed away; no style at all.
Golf doesn't do much for you (I play real golf 3x a week) but tennis is good and so's bowling (tennis is better from a workout point of view), and even the baseball game gets you moving a bit. But all that's in the sports package, which comes with.
Wii Fit has lots of stuff and it's all useful. For me the balance thingies are hardest and I really suck at hula hooping. But that's OK. Bottom line is I REALLY recommend Wii Fit. You get out of it what you put in, duh, and it's worth doing DAILY. Oh, did I say I hate exercise? Also, did I say I'm older than all of you?

Hey everyone, so happy to be here with all of ya'll. My older brother was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident heading up the Ocoee in Feb of this year. Part of his recovery was the Wii. He and other patients at the rehab center were able to play from their wheelchair and it was a great core workout. They bought one for their home. It's totally awesome!

I'm looking at buying the Wii Fit bundle. I heard that bowling is definitely a workout.
Bowling is very much fun. Wii Sports is fun and gives you a good workout.

Make sure u adjust the strings on your remote control. Wii make me sweat, especially when I play tennis, baseball, boxing and golf.
