I am in the middle of a pretty significant growth spurt of the nonprofit organization that I manage. I have a visionary founder, smart board, engaged funders and a great staff. Its my job to get them all on the same page so that this growth is as fluid as possible.
I am currently reading "One Day, All Children" by Wendy Kopp, founder of Teach for America. Anyone have any tips, book/website/resource recommendations, cautionary tales or funny stories to share on this?
