In my contemplation of forgiveness, I realized that there are many dynamics at play. Can you give your insights on the matter? Would love to hear from you!

Forgiveness is a decision to live each moment in the moment, moving forward and free. It is letting go - whether from parental wounds of the past or the guy that pissed you off a few minutes ago. Remaining this way, in a forgiving state, is merely muscle memory, my dear.
Live free, move forward, focus on your heartbeat.
To remain angry is to foster a breeding ground for your own mental illness. Not a good place to be.

Sr. Geneveive, I just found your earlier posted website, above, from MotherClareWatts, and am sending much gratitude!
She is stating illuminating thoughts regarding this most significant topic of forgiveness, which is so vital for global, interpersonal, and self-healing.
MotherClare is wisely, kindly, profoundly speaking from her heart, and following the teachings of many of the spiritual Great and Holy teachers and prophets, including Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, and the Dalai Lama.
