My kids (10 & 12) start next week (8/27).

You are SO not alone. I thought 'cabin fever' over the winter and long cold spring were challenging . . . the boys just went NUTS this summer. Admittedly this has not been my best summer for 'structure'. I'm usually better at planning activities and outings. I was very lax this year and have now learned my lesson.

Besides, I'm so anxious for my little guy to start school. He's such a social butterfly, I think he'll LOVE it. My big guy (going into 2nd grade) is my academic and has always loved school. I can't wait for him to get into his new school work. He's so cute when he does his homework.

Ahhhhh I love the smell of school supplies.

Anyone kind of envious? I miss school.

The middle one (in the pic) is starting Kdg, she is my last one to start school. Gonna miss her, I work nights so I am home pretty much all day with her. Hope she doesn't get separation anxiety!!
