I own four houses. Three I rent out, the other my wife and I live in. No wait, my wife says I don't own any of them--she does; and I should just be damn lucky she doesn't charge me rent.

We have one with a mortgage but The Latest

McCain is reported to have 7! WOW! What a waste!

Is that is a reason for you not to vote for him? No, it may be a excuse. Perhaps Democrats needs excuses to not vote for Republicans and Republicans need excuses to not vote for Democrats. Obama owns a million dollar house. Is that a "waste?"

Sorry, Pete. By some people's standards, you cannot be a good Presidential candidate. Not *my* standards, but some.

I wonder why McCain and his rich wife want to keep the public in the dark about how much money and possessions they have. I've been reading about them in magazines for years...an attempt to keep them in the public eye while he waits for his presidential run. She's the rich one. He doesn't own anything. I guess he gets to live in all of her houses so she can become first lady. Who's wearing the pants? Do we want to elect a man who's dependent on his very rich wife? Maybe we need to listen to her instead of him.

In contrast, Obama and his wife...with their one house...are critisized about an alleged alliance with a person with a record. I can relate to Obama, even though I'd prefer Hillary. I just don't want to see Mrs. McCain elected and running our country. She don't know poor.
