Hi,
I grew up in Norfolk (Ghent) and my family is all still in the area except for me (Alabama). Every time I visit it's just amazing to see how much growth there is! Hope you can hook up with some locals!

Fairfax here, I'm afraid - but love the Tidewater area, from Poquoson to Chesapeake and back. I'd once upon a time thought about actually dropping my anchor in the water, permanently, to stay at The Strawberry Banks, forever...

I grew up in VA as a daughter of a Navy man and spent one summer in Kempsville. (Va Beach) Most of my life I was closer to the Pentagon.
