Anyone tried medical tourism to have cosmetic procedures done?

Perhaps to Mexico, Thailand, India, Brazil, South Africa, Costa Rica, or Korea?

I would never go to Mexico for surgery. But if you are looking for a life threatening infection....Mexico is your place.

But what do I know....I'm just a fish...and there are other fish to fry.
