I hate to say this but foreign films with English subtitles. I'm afraid I miss too much by reading the subtitles.

All Documentaries are subjective and all are edited to make a point. In my opinion Moore's editing still protrays the gist of what the people say and mean and yes he is trying to make his point obvious. Sicko is a masterpiece.

I can't comment on Sicko; haven't seen it.
When clips are taken from various times and places and spliced together to make a scene to represent one time and place, in a supposedly serious "documentary" like BFC, it makes me feel manipulated and like I'm being fed propaganda...however, in a film like The Last Supper, a Black Sabbath concert film/doc, it works very well to show consistency in performance.
