i have had problems with me knees all my life and as a dancer that is not a good thing....i was teaching ballet and my knees really started hurting me....that is when i added the glucosamine to my diet and within a week my knees were completely pain free. my husband loves to run and his knees started swelling up after a run so he added the glucosamine and the swelling hasnt happened to him in 5 years. now i tell everyone about the products we take and everyone i know gets the same results.

I take a multi-vitamin, Omega-3 Oils, Vitamin C, Iron (chronic anemia), Biotin, B12 & DHEA. I probably should add Glucosamine & Chrondritin.

i take a full line of nutritional supplements. it is next to impossible to get the proper nutrients from our food source now, so we use some awesome liquid products. i used a pill form supplement for years and never felt any difference. then i found some liquid supplements that make a big difference and i feel great.
i take a multi vitamin, a B vitamin complex, glucosamine, calcium magnesium, CoQ 10, Fish oil, and aloe.

I've taken a supplement for many years now that I buy online. I believe in taking supplements in 'food form', not pill form. They don't have to break down in the stomach and are normally available to the blood within about 20 minutes. The product I take comes in powder form (three different powders - general vitamins/minerals, soy/herbal supplements for female health and antioxidants/fiber - and I put it into a shake every morning with fruit. I have had asthma/allergies all my life, but haven't been sick in a number of years... It may be a little expensive, but it's good preventative health insurance!
