Birth can be quite breathtaking, that aside the day I walked on campus at the University was a good day. I had stopped school to raise children at the tender age of 18 and thought I had shattered my dream of a degree. 27 years later......... Now all I have to do is graduate! I remember thinking all I wanted to do was keep my baby, and it was horribly rough some years. Oh and the day my son graduated high school I almost could not breathe, because I felt like I had kept an 18 year promise to myself, no one else, that day in 1980 when I found out I was pregnant..

The day I was officially divorced.
