Congratulations on The Legacy on which you worked so hard to create. Will it bring you peace and satisfaction, pride in the coming years; will you ever come to appreciate the hundreds of thousands dead in your wake, on whose backs your great Legacy was built? Or will you quietly slip into senility, secure that your Christian Faith with protect and reward you when the time is nigh?
Do you still surround yourself with those too frightened to contradict you? Perhaps you already suspect, even know how many of us (your minions), view that Great Legacy of yours. Even your Christian Faith would balk at the vast corruption your administration defined, the dead babies in the streets of Bagdad, Americans: unemployed, homeless and hungry. (Look through the White House window, over the vast expanse of lawn. You might see them still, staring silently through the bars which separate you… from them.) Is this The Legacy you see? Or has denial, avoidance and shame warped your vision; do you see yourself as a Great Man?
I am sad for you. You had an opportunity like no other, (President of the United States, 2 terms, even!), and you squandered it, laying millions wasted and idle, lost and hungry. How could you not have seen that your ‘nation building’ schemes overseas would bring nothing but suffering and ruin for decades to come? Did you not know that governments can’t be imposed, they must evolve? For your sake, I can only hope it was ignorance that drove you, not the greed and corruption many of us suspect.
As you leave Washington, I wish you insight and introspection. It is my hope for you, that, as you approach old age and death, you have more than Your Legacy and your Great Christian Faith to accompany you.
With Sad Regards,

I'd write a letter and voice what I thought about his stinking phantom war. I'd want to know how he'd like his two children to travel over there to fight for this oil BS...............I'd want to know how he planned on keeping us safe now that he started this war on terror because in my mind he's now made my future safety an impossibilty. This is just for starters...

Then I'd write a letter to the American People asking how they could possibly vote for McCain, a man who has sided with Bush 80% of the time. Sheesh!
