LOL again! Another manitou senior moment. Use rights don't come from the artist unless they retain control over the music. ASCAP distributes Barracuda and the RNC purchased rights from them. For that matter, can you prove obama had permission for every bit of music they used?

Not denying anything. But, could you show me where the RNC bought the rights to use the music of these artists. I am sure you can "back up" your claim.
