I have been a computer geek since before Bill G. left Harvard and floppies were floppy. I have never found it easy to find things (again) on this site. I generally use Google to locate discussions that I am interested in.

By far and way, my #1 request is for a way to make discussion threads truly multithreaded. I have to give up on any thread after it gets beyond 12 or 15 entries. The reply to post or reply to comment options are woefully inadequate.

Thanks - this does make it a bit easier to navigate. But I thought you guys were taking a break for the holidays - stop tweaking the system and go enjoy your families. We'll still be here in '08 and will take our upgrades then.

I;d like to see a couple of upgrades.

First, it would be nice if the server could be upgraded from the ancient 286 system it apparently sits on now. Page changes take far longer here than any other site I routinely visit, including those with massive graphics.

Second, could someone squeeze the text handling so 'postrophies and quotes, are there a couple more characters, come out right when imported from other sources? “quotes” ‘postrophe
