Hi Robin, A friend of mine has them , and wants to try to slow down the progress of her bunion. I think that your feet would benefit more by consciously spreading your toes and working the muscles involved. Go barefoot when you can. But sitting around with these things on can counter the effects of squished toes for sure. Lida

I've been doing yoga for 10+ years and I've had yoga toes for about 6 months now. I put them on for about 1/2 hour a few times a week, usually while reading in bed -- it's difficult to walk with them on. They do help to spread my toes, although the immediate visible effect is temporary. The major effect has been to increase my consciousness of spreading my toes and metatarsal when practicing.
