Rafael - thank you for your comments. I think it's great that a man even takes the time to learn a bit more about the female body & how it works, let alone what might help some of us.
I haven't had to worry about my monthlies for 10 years as I had a hysterectomy but I'm all for taking as many supplements as I need to help my body cope with the effects of aging & menopause.

Coral im with you, have the same things, just haven't done the ultimate yet. Having a hard time letting that happen. Many new options now so we will see which I will pick in the near future.

I drink lots of milk and have been taking calcium supplements for years. Still had terrible menstrual and female pain. In my case, turned out to be endometriosis, adenomyosis and uterine fibroids. A hysterectomy was the ultimate cure. Sure, try calcium but see your GYN if your female issues persist.
Yes, see your doctor. There are other causes. Just for those that are just calcium deficient. But another word of advice is to take magnesium with calcium. Calcium by itself can cause kidney stones. Magnesium is like the woman it soften the male who is hard as calcium is.

Tried other options but nothing worked. Finally ended up in the hospital due to severe blood loss. At that point I was READY to evict my uterus. LOL! In hind sight, I wish I hadn't waited so long. Life sucked dealing with the pain and hemorrhaging.

How interesting. I've not paid much attention to articles about cramping because it was never a problem for me. Now that I'm all done with that I find out that all the cheese I ate was doing me some good!

We should discuss sinus infections, fibromyalgia, asthma, allergies as a syndrome. Or maybe migraine headaches from a preventive point of view instead of masking the symptoms with drugs. There is a lot of information out there from phd and doctors in health care. Anyone interested in any of these subjects?
