If this couple are really into each other.. is there a medical procedure to help the guy? I think in general, women prefer adequate size and girth, plus the skill on using it.. speaking of that.. I like both but if I have to choose give me girth... and to me anything four inches and smaller is too small especially if he has no girth to go with the deficit in the length department.

I'd have to agree completely. Girth over width anytime. Something in the neighborhood of a plump 5 - 8 would do the trick nicely.....Geeze, I feel like I'm shoe shopping or something.....However, I do love shoes!

Hmmm....as important as sex is for a wonderful relationship, seems something is missing in making a choice here. When all is said and done, when sex doesn't happen for whatever reason, can you look at that person next to you and say "yes, this is where I belong!" ?
There are so many things involved in fantastic sex other than intercourse....oh so many!!! If you are unsure, just visit your neighborhood adult toy store. Oh wait, is that only in my neighborhood? Hehe
