I have noticed that Survivor tends to start off a little slow among members. Also , noticed that last season.
I think it's because of the fact that they return so quickly, not giving you enough time to erase last season's winners (that actually took a long time to grow on you).
My main favorite thing always have been the challenges. The drama behind all that chatting and scheming I usually turn from.

I agree with you there Max. Some people say that's the best part of the show, but in the end it isn't really true because that all is part of how it gets edited. The director or producer or whoever does that stuff and weave a storyline that leads the viewer in any direction they want. they can make a villian out of someone that really only said a few mean things and try and make you love someone when you can't stand them. The challenges are what makes the show for me. But they seem to start repeating. I do like the more combo challenges that are physical and mental so that most people can be on level ground. Me, I've said it before, I think they need to get rid of the multiple tribe thing and let them all live together from the start and at each challenge chose out of a hat who is on which team. I think that would add a lot to the show. Hey if it didn't work, go back to the old way in the next season.

Hey! Welcome back Rush! I always enjoy your input!!
I think that people are getting tired of being manipulated into liking or disliking people. Big Brother is guilty of doing that exact same thing.
I think it's time for a change on the show. It's tedious and misleading at times. And I think individual immunity would be the way to go for next season. And changing things around as far as tribes go, is a great idea! Just have something different!

That sounds like a great idea. I have to also agree with gew0419. Some of the people on this season's show are more annoying that the past.
I lean more toward flipping the channel until a challenge presents itself. Then switch back when it's vote off time. Seems like a waste of time. And I'm a big fan of the show.

That's where DVR comes in handy. If things are dragging I can fast forward to the good parts. I can sometimes watch a 1 hour show in 25 minutes. hehe
Right now, where the show stands, I'm kind of liking the school teacher...you know, the old guy with the bow tie. He seems to know what's going on (but it's still early enough I could change my mind two or three times.)
Hoo-Rah for the old guy!
BTW Does anyone but me think Corinne looks like Karen Allen...especially when she smiles? (from Indiana Jones)

I wouldn't waste the space on my TiVO with Survivor.
It's so predictable, you can set your watch by what's coming up. Literally.
Bob, the school teacher really looks frail. I mean bones sticking out. I know he was skinny when he arrived, but that doesn't look right. Needs to eat. So hope he's on a winning team. And as far as Corinne, I see no resemblance to Karen Allen. But then again, I wasn't paying too much attention...well to the faces...hehehe

I don't know anybody's names yet. But Bob, the skinny one? During the competition when they had to pull people off of the poles and drag the opponents body over the finish line? Well, I couldn't watch when it was his turn. He really is bony. And I think he was about the same size when he arrived so maybe that's how he's built.
Assassin for your last line, I'm sending you a boot to your hiney. LOL!!!
