B) On further review the only reason these folks "came together" (sounds like a bad porn movie title to me) was that a pile of pork was added to the recipe (the only way these guys know how to cook) in order for the entre' to be more appetizing.
And yet it was not until $150 billion in pork was added that the republicans could muster enough votes to finally pass it!
The bailout was needed to shore up the credit markets, unfortunately, since this administration has a history of not producing when needed - it has not helped!
