My sister gave me this recipe. I'm posting the exact recipe she gave me. When I make this I cook potatoes for it, instead of using a frozen bag of hash browns. I also shred my own cheese. It's easy to get this too soupy, so be careful about how much milk gets added. My husband won't eat too much of this, since it's a "carbo" food, so -- more for me! This is true comfort food.
CC’s Cheesy potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 tub sour cream
1 bag frozen hash browns
Milk to make it creamy
Onion: a little, a lot, or none
Salt & pepper
Mix all together & bake at 350 for about an hour.
