Myself I have a few friends and try to stay in contact with most of them. Some come and go, while others remain steady.

IMHO we are here for the open forum to discuss things openly that wouldn't get discussed around a room at a cocktail party ( ok maybe at a Cock & Tail party..lol. But that is another thread). I don't think we are here for an end result.
More so to enjoy the process of discussion. Again IMHO.
I personally am having a hard time keeping up with my friends but also realize its a 2 way street. There are those I contact regularly and others just once in awhile. I want to keep up with all on a regular basis but just don't have time.
