it depends if it doesnt have any side affects to hurt them,also if they still love you but are overly tired from work. I would consider giving it to my spouse. I would be careful what if the person drinks alcohol and it affects him in any way? I wouldnt but if it were safe yes. How do you sneak a pill that is hard to hide? Hope this answer's your question.

I have to say if it takes a pill for her to want you then why bother? You would know it is not real.
