I'm 60 years old, I was diagnose diabetic three months ago. Since then, I changed my diet an I lost 20 pounds in only three months! Eating every three hours, counting carbs, no sugar, eating a lot of vegetables and everything I eat it has to be weigh it untill I learn how to calculate the size by my self, and walking every day 40 to 50 minutes. All that in only 3 months. Now I walk just 30 min. a day just to keep the weigh. And yess! you can do it too.
