I think while in College she will meet people and move on from there. She enjoys fun and the outdoors from what you wrote, so she can go into Sperling's www.bestplaces.net and go through the steps of "Find your own best place"

Colorado is great! Lot's of wilderness left, mountains to climb and ski and bike, all the city stuff, art and music, counter culture and cool underground scene (Denver area), more sun than almost any other state, four beautiful seasons, and then some.
I've been around a lot, covered most of the other states and even lived in a few, and there is no other place that I liked as much.

Well being a Florida native,a rare bird, I am biased...! Florida has it all as far as I am concerned. salt water, fresh water, water sports, camping, theme parks, beaches aout teh wazoo, great foods, scenery, fishing, hunting, tons of fun, major sports pro teams including hockey, track & off-track betting, casinos, etc. Fun? Oh yeeeaahhhh....!!!!

I have lived in VA, GA, and FL, and I think all three of these states are very nice. I agree with it being hot, hot, hot and humid during the summers in GA and FL, but the mild winters are great.

The original question being Where is the most fun state to live in?
I'd suggest the State of Euphoria.
