I wouldnt go around tooting my horn every chance I get. I would be selective and talk about your gratitude for the team...
Writing a review summarizing our accomplishments is a requirement at my employer. So is having to come up with 3 ideas every quarter that could help save time, money, or paper. How to change something about our service, a new method of doing something.

tweedledum, can you recommend a book for me for my son - he is in a high powered company in sales. he has exceeded all things possible in his position. he is naturally very social and i don't think that he understands the game in corporate
America. His peers are outwardly jealous, yet my son plays it off. He knows that he's ready for a promotion but feels stuck as to how to move forward. it is very frustrating for me,his wife and his brother to make a dent here with him to see that its not a fraternity and that you have to take care of yourself and move yourself where you will be most useful for the company, as well as valued, and also be comfortable and feel appreciated.
