As an architect, super graphics are sooo 2005.

They'll probably still charge upwards of $1500 per room and call it "affordable." Meanwhile, have fun avoiding the crackheads and muggers outside your door who now have a beacon of easy yuppie money and iphones!

If it's for hipsters, they won't need parking, just hooks in each unit for their single-speed.

I live right nearby. I hope they decide to make changes to this ugly design. Otherwise, I anticipate an external renovation in a few years...

Alex, have you taken a look at what crackheads and muggers look like now. Like the average Joe, 9 to 5, $100, 000 per year job. Wake up, this is 2012 idiot.

This branding and design is so dumb. Is it going to be a transformer or a building that looks like it belongs in the neighborhood. It looks like it was designed by a 14 year old.
