As a commuter, I expect them to communicate effectively (hah!) and maintain their equipment (HAH!) Basically they need to lose the "if we don't talk about it, nothing is going wrong" mentality and start sharing actually useful information about disruptions with commuters. Oh, and maybe service their gear every decade or so...
What brand and model AED's do they have?
