Metro trains break down going in bound to DC so frequently-- Loudoun County residents would be late for work weekly. I work near IAD in Sterling VA and would not ride any Metro BUS or Rail. Metro is DYSFUNCTIONAL and they do not hire residents in VA neither do they recruit residents in VA. I oppose the Board of Supervisors using tax dollars to fund a dysfunctional system which fails to hire diverse VA residents and fails to pay payroll VA taxes for VA residents. Deege Transportation
