So pathetic. Under Fenty's original plan, we would have been laying tracks around GW, Howard, and the 11st St Bridge right about now.

Dear Tom, Math and DC City Council definitely are two terms that don't go well together. Probably a little better then "Ethics" and "DC City Council."

3 Questions: 1. How will they be powered? There is no third rail or messenger wires to run them by electricity. 2.How will they turn around. There are no places to do that on either end of the track. 3.How will the riders get to the sidewalks when there are no crosswalks at the stops that are in the middle of H street.
