Saying it's the "best thing to happen in this town" is a bit of a stretch, but for all kinds of reasons, this kind of stuff should be in the city and Wal-Mart is making this store fit into the city, something they don't have to do. For decades District residents had to go to the suburbs to access these kinds of services.
