What about VA? We can't just talk about MD and forget VA. The Borders at Fraconia-Springfield and Woodbridge are also spared. However, the one in Stafford is not so lucky.

TBD and Channel 7 are oriented to the metro DC area. If I lived in DC and wanted to go to Borders, Silver Spring is much closer than Stafford - plus the Silver Spring store is just a couple of blocks from Metro, something the Stafford store can't offer DC residents.
