In Eagle, Idaho just outside of Boise, they hold an annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Feed--it is very popular from what I hear. I've lived here 32 years now and have chosen not to go there! Just another one of those things they claim tastes just like chicken...........
Also annually in Huntley Illinois, grown men elect to show up to consume the Tesicular glands of male Turkeys. I have always made it a clear goal to not show up. The goal is always reached. When I need a quick snack, bird balls never reaches the pallate.
My daughter-in-law's vet office is having a "Balls for Bucks" program next week--neutering cats for pretty cheap. Would feline testicles count as Rocky Mountain Oysters? Marble sized but, hey--they say size doesn't matter........
