No matter your age - you can change

Change is feared by most people, plain and simple. Because we fear failure, we fear being criticized by our longtime "friends" for wanting to change. The older we get, the more baggage we carry and the harder it may seem.

Personal development is not new, it has been around in some form for eons but certainly has grown in leaps and bounds in the last 20 years. It is now a $10million industry in the US alone. That alone tells me that people do want a change.

You may feel that you deserve something better than what has been dealt. YOU and only YOU can change that. I strongly believe that we can change no matter what age you are. You must have the DESIRE to change.

One book that I strongly recommend is "The Traveler's Gift" by Andy Andrews. He is an awesome story teller and will have you laughing, crying and will make you seriously think about who you are and who you want to be. He discusses seven decisions you must make for personal growth in this wonderful story. A must read for anyone who desires change.

I invite you to read his Seven Decisions on my personal blog
