Working in a 20-years-old environment

I love my job, I love what I do but one of the newest work challenges for me is working with colleagues who are 23, 24, 25... and while I've had younger bosses in the past and haven't had any issues with working 'for' a younger person they're usually still in their mid 30s or later.. yet collaborating with people half my age has been a unique experience...

anyone else finding this.. dealing with this... on many levels it's great.. invigorating, fun... reminds you of your own youth lol... on some other levels though you feel yourself checking your words so that you don't date yourself..

is it harder because i'm a woman ... is it easier for men...

Just be yourself.

They don't expect you to be their age. Be comfortable with yourself and your age and that is what they will see.

If they don't get you.....there is probably a lot that they don't get.
