What is your least favorite saying?

Hi all, saw the favorite sayings and thought it might be fun to post the ones we don't like..for balance...

ONe of my ultimate least favorites is:

"do as I say, not as I do"

Most adults said this when I was growing up. Didn't make sense then or now.

"It's all for the best." Even my Mom would say it, but to me it comes across as cold, flip, and unempathetic, however true it may be. [Dog died? It's all for the best. Drop your favorite figurine that ______ got especially for you? It's all for the best.....NOT! ] And how many people are tempted to say that as consolation at a funeral? UGH!
