I saw The Band back in 1969 in Minneapolis along with a ton of other groups for an all day concert.

Lucky you! That must have been great! I have only seen Levon at his studio/home in Woodstock in the last year or so...a couple times. I really enjoyed it. My husband loves the band...He's a longtime fan.

A little newer, a little slower, and make sure the kids are not around when you play the song, or you may have to do some explaining. There is some talk in the beginning of the clip, giving background on song. :) Enjoy!
