We love it when the TBD community talks about TBD -- call it self-referential, if you will, but we call it helpful and fun. These are just in the past day... You point up when we are not clear, as in this one asking "what is a founding member?" http://www.tbd.com/content/discussion/215967 (We are about to end the founding member program -- those who have the icon will keep it, but no new founding members will be added. As we approach 50,000 members, it seems time to stop calling new members founders. So if you want that coveted yellow thingey...)
