Calling all lurkers

You know who you are.

You're out there browsing the discussion topics and trying to separated the fun ones from the serious ones. You never comment, but enjoy keeping up with what's going on.

You get frustrated because there aren't many topics right now that appeal to you...still...to start a discussion of your own would redefine who you are and you're just not ready to take that step.

Would your topic be too dull...or too racy? Do you not post because you think there may not be anyone out there interested in hepatobiliary tumours in Asian bears?

You never know.

If you decided to take that plunge and one day ask a question or start us talking, what would your topic be?

And for God's sake...why?

You mean we're being watched????

Uh, oh...

If being watched bothers you, you can use the cloak of invisibility.

The Cloak of Invisibility.

Be sure you remember where you put it down. It's very hard to find when you forget.

Then I can be a lurker and stalk Pru.

my discussions tend to be rather blog-like and on the dull side. the number of comments range from 0 to 20-or-so.

there's that thread about the multiple-identity-tbders - i'd consider creating an alter ego just to post racy, provocative and otherwise breath-taking discussions about lurid sex amongst oldsters; wondering how racist people actually are; and whether anyone still eats hash brownies in this day of techno chemical drugs manufactured from cold medicine.
