Well, Lana, we drink a lot of sweet iced tea. I'm also partial to a happy glass of lemonade. Someone told me that the Vitamin waters have a lot of calories. Any truth?

At this point in time I don't use the sugar, but it is awesome with it. Splenda might do...add a silver iced tea spoon, and serve it on the old porch swing, of course!! Posted: Aug 2, 08 7:43pmWater. I'm suppose to be drinking lots of water. My new thing is tonic water with a splash of cranberry juice. I'm getting sick of water and I'm a big water drinker. Posted: Aug 2, 08 7:51pmCold water with ice. I haven't made any yet this summer, but I also like iced peach-flavored tea. Crystal light lemonade is tasty too. Any truth? ![]() Well I dont happen to have any in the frig right now but they are about the equivalent to Gatorade. Vitamin Waters just seem to make me feel better throughout the day when I drink at least one a day. Maybe its the C boost in them. Posted: Aug 2, 08 8:01pm![]() Okay its hot outside and I like to grab those new Vitamin Waters. What does everyone else like to drink that is non-carbonated and non-alcoholic? Any other suggestions for hot summer days? I know.. beer.. ![]() Beer is not only alcoholic but make you thirsty again & again,,, stick to the flavored water & teas & have plenty of ice in hand, Posted: Aug 2, 08 8:04pmHuh, I'll have to give them a try. Which flavor do you recommend? |
