What's in your Fridge?

Not a whole lot 'in" my fridge til I hit the grocery store.

But....I can tell you what is under it...

I got a wild hair to pull it out and clean under and behind it. (a tip read recently to prolong the life of your appliance)

Well...after wading through 1 inch of dust and cat hair, a pencil, a cat toy mouse, a picture of a little boy at age 2 who was a patient of mine is now 11. Yes it's been 9 years and I've never done this.

Wow maybe next week the stove?

Cleaned it yesterday. There was a package of tortillas that we used once, had to throw away about 20 of them. What a waste. Also, an ice pack for eyes that didn't work.

Just got back from the store and unloaded the "groceries". Fridge looks absolutely depressing, just essentials these days. Milk, cheese, salad dressings and lots of jam for PBJ's. This is one of those times I miss having someone to cook for besides the dog, although he enjoy's it :-) !

My fridge is full of yesterday's commissary run: as always, LOTS of produce and some dairy in the fridge part, meats in the freezer. As a usually-from-scratch "foodie" by preference, currently on low carbs -- 120# down, 30# more to go -- my pasta/grains/baking cabinet is practically empty and even my canned-goods cabinet has been ruthlessly pruned (but oh, how I miss my beans and cream-of-various-veggies soups!...sigh...)
