This is interesting. I'm not currently looking for work myself, but I'm struck by "Private Detectives" - what kind of experience does someone need to launch a freelance private detective career?!

It struck me just the other day that 'personal financial advisor' would be a good field to get into - after the first five advisors I called told me they didn't want me as a client - my portfolio wasn't big enough and/or they didn't do hourly consulting. Surely I'm not the only boomer with a - what are the words they use in real estate?.. 'charming' or 'cute' - portfolio and a need for hourly, fee-only financial consultation?!
