Any cubicle dwellers out there?

I had a cube mate that would comment on phone conversations after I hung up - this included both profession and personal. He would comment on everything from dinner plans I discussed with my husband to what time I was going to meet with my boss the next day. Argh!

My cubicle pet peeve is cubicle mates who carry on LOUD conversations, including raucous laughter while I am on a call. I have actually had to apologize to a client for the "party" going on in the cubicle next door.

My first cubicle was right outside my boss' office. Every phone conversation was conducted using the speaker phone. He was loud enough but we not only had to hear his loud mouth but the other side of the conversation. He was a disgusting man in every way. It was torture to have to work in that cubicle and it was right outside the women's restroom as well. It was punishment for being the new kid.

all sales...all males here...I got a guy who is loud obnoxious, hates his job, tells his customers that constantly, talks like the copier guy on SNL ...................I ignore all that...but when he's bored...he will imitate my keyboard typing or the way I answer the phone. I've already stood up and called him out on it. Then it stopped.

Our cube walls are just high enough that if you're sitting at your desk and someone over the wall stands up to have a conversation with you, you can only see their nose and up (and more accurately, up their nose). I HATE it when they try to have over the wall conversations with me while I'm working. If it's that important, walk around the freaking wall and talk to me. Otherwise, let me do my job. If I'm not standing up to join in the conversation, I DON'T want to look up your nose while you tell me about your elderly mom's colitis!

I've got a cube mate that yells at her kids, talks to teachers about how her daughter is going to get therapy and otherwise, has conversations that should be taken off the floor. People around her have complained to management about her conversations, but as of yet nothing has been done.
