If You Had To Be An Animal

I used to dream about flying when I was a youngster. If an eagle qualifies in your "animal" grouping, that's what I'd want to be. As high up in the food chain as possible and living my dream. How about you dear lady?

I just want to live the simple but spoiled life of a dog. I sure hope I get loving human parents like me. I would enjoy pleasing them and being a loyal companion. I want to be a large dog, not a small yippee one. I wouldn't even mind if I were a pet therapy dog. Would love to amuse people with many clever tricks too. Yep, that would be me. Pat me on the head please.

I'd be Lucy, my chocolate lab, who my husband spoils beyond belief. Sweet words, lots of kisses, spoons her on the couch. I think I might actually be jealous, but I love her, too. Maybe if I wag my tail and lick his face, my husband would spoil me, too. ;-)
