Pothole Season Is Upon Us

Sometime around early spring, many roads develop deep divots and pockmarks called potholes. Indeed, certain cities are said to have two seasons - winter and pothole repair. What causes these potholes to form, and why can't they be prevented in the first place? The answer involves both nature and the limitations of road construction.

In our life it is said we run across potholes and it can happen in any season. It may be failure to thrive such as why we stop growing: identity crisis, feelings of isolation, unrewarding careers, consumerism, hardships, trials, etc. You can tell us when you hit a "pothole", how much damage it did, and if you managed to recover and journey on from this bump in the road. What does one do to drive around a pothole in life?
