However, now that I've seen 4 inches of snow fall in 2 hours, and still falling, don't think I'll be going anywhere anytime soon. Dunno if you've seen the group called Post Globally, Meet Locally but they're organizing a lot of local events - you might want to post your suggestion there too. http://www.tbd.com/group/296/view If you do end up meeting, let us know! If you're up for it, you might even bring a camera or video cam to record some of it for posterity. :) It'd be fun to host a little gallery of some of these events on the site at some point... I don't think there's a way to search the member list by location. Running out of time to get a true anti-valentines day thing together, but I might suggest a Chicago meeting for sometime this year in the "Post Globally, Meet Locally" group. Yesterday's shoveling just about knocked me out. it wasn't just the snow. It was the icebergs pushed out of the alley by the snowplows, to land in front of my garage. So not loving winter this year. LOL (Every night I dream of 80 degree weather, sandy white beaches, and crystal blue water.) Wednesday evening, I watched 4 inches of snow fall in two hours.
