For whoever the Democratic nominee is, the choice of a VP will depend on who the Republican VP choice will be. A McCain / Huckabee ticket will be difficult to take on unless the Democratic VP pick can help in the South and with Evangelicals. From that perspective, the best ticket would probably be an Obama / Edwards one.
