Don't worry, I'm not going to do this with every food group out there, but I'm dedicating this thread to Spuff, who likes cheese, and who I consider to be awesome! This is my Friday afternoon present to you, Spuff! Sorry if this all sounds a bit cheesy, but it is sincere!

1) Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches

2) Velveeta on anything (I know, it's bad for you, but I don't care!)

3) Cheese Fries

4) Cheese Omelettes

5) Provologne, American and Swiss Cheese on a ham sandwich.

I second everything on here that has already been mentioned, and add:

Cheese with crackers (preferrably wheat-y types like Triscuits) a splash of red wine sets this into the meal category for me

and

My very own delightful Baked Brie in Pastry encrusted with Wheat Germ and Coursely Chopped Almonds with some vehicle for dispensing like a nice crisp cracker or some melba toast when I can find it.

Oh goodness Jaki. I LOVE melted brie.

My friend made this really simple appy when I had a few people over for a happy appy hour. I have to get you the recipe.

You put a bunch of crackers on a cookie sheet with a slice of apple on top of each. A slice of brie on top of the apple & then she put a mixture of brownsugar, choppd nuts and butter on top of that & baked till brie melted.

I AM GOING TO EAT MY WAY OUT OF THIS SNOW STORM!!!

Cheese addict that I am, I don't need to eat anything with my cheese. I just gnaw huge hunks off of the nearest block of cheese I can find!!!
